Parts and Tech Support
We currently have limited parts available here on the IMER USA DIRECT website. We are working each day during the shut down to add more of the most needed parts. If the part you need is list listed here on the website you can just go ahead and order it and pay for it.
If you have no idea what the part number is there are PDF manuals for each piece of equipment here on our website that can be downloaded that show the complete parts breakdown by schematic drawing and part numbers listed.
If the part you need is not listed on the website or if you have questions about a part the quickest way to get an answer is to do the following:
1. Email me with your question at : firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Text me your question directly at: 475-235-7388.
For the quickest response and best information always include the following information:
1. Your phone number or email.
2. The model of your IMER equipment, The serial number, and the date of when it was manufactured. This is located on a label on the equipment.
3. How urgently you need the part.
I will do my best to get back to you within 30 min if not sooner.
DO NOT CALL
We ask that you do not call due to the volume of calls we are receiving. It unlikely we will answer the phone if you call and much easier if you send your question by the above way so we can get an answer for you and either call, email, or text you back.
We are only do call backs at the very end of the day or first thing the next morning so be aware of that if you do call and leave a message.
