Parts and Tech Support
We can provide parts support for all IMER Products. We are currently adding the IMER parts database to our site and it is an ongoing project. We are loading the parts most often in demand by machine first.
If you need a part and cannot find it please go to the contact section and send us the part number and a description and we will get back to you with price an availability within 24 hours. There are equipment manuals located on each equipment page under the tab Manuals and they can be downloaded.
We are here to provide support to all existing IMER equipment owners no matter the age or model of their machine. We may not have the answer immediately but with my 25 years experience selling IMER equipment and our contacts at the factory there are few questions that will go unanswered.
